Intuit Offers Mobile Financial Options

For the last couple of decades, Intuit’s desktop financial programs, like Quicken and QuickBooks, have found a home on millions of computers. The developers at Intuit’s innovation center, Intuitlabs.com, have also been working to create mobile versions of those services. They can be downloaded free.
Some of their recent offerings include:
- Quicken Beam, which allows people to view their last five transactions and account balances from their mobile devices
- QuickBooks Online for the iPhone and BlackBerry, which lets small business owners view balance sheets; access vendor, customer and employee lists; and view bank account and credit card balances. It integrates with QuickBooks Online contact information so small business owners on the go can easily communicate.
- Billing Manager for the iPhone. It lets small business owners view their invoices and accept payments via the iPhone.
